Define What Must Be Confirmed Before Production
Inspection is matched to the confirmed drawing, approved sample, purchase specification and agreed quality plan. Material identity, blank condition, dimensions, functional interfaces, quantity, marking, records and packaging can be included according to the order.
Critical dimensions and acceptance criteria should be identified before production. This allows the machining and inspection methods to be planned around the actual function.

MATERIAL CONFIRMATION
Material and Grade Confirmation
The order should identify PA6G, PA6C or the selected modified grade, together with color or batch-identification needs. When grade selection is still open, load, speed, temperature, lubrication, moisture, chemicals, impact and dimensional requirements guide the review.
Technical data or test documentation is available by confirmation for the selected grade and order.
BLANK REVIEW
Blank Appearance and Dimensional Inspection
Before machining, checks can cover blank length, width, thickness, OD, ID, visible surface condition and planned allowance. The specific dimensions depend on whether the starting form is rod, tube, sheet, plate or a closer blank.

CASTING-RISK REVIEW
Plan for Internal Integrity Where the Part Requires It
Internal voids, white-core conditions, inclusions or other casting risks may not all be visible during an external appearance check. For critical parts, the buyer and CORETRUST can discuss sampling, machining allowance, first-part inspection or an appropriate integrity-verification plan.
No inspection method should be assumed unless it is identified in the agreed drawing, purchase specification or inspection plan.
MACHINING INSPECTION
In-Process Machining Inspection
First-part and in-process checks can focus on datums, bores, grooves, holes, threads, keyways, thickness, runout or other functional relationships identified on the drawing. Measurement method, conditioning and sampling depth are confirmed where they affect acceptance.
FINAL VERIFICATION
Final Dimensional and Visual Verification
Final checks can cover agreed dimensions, fits, functional interfaces, surface and edge condition, quantity, part identification and visible damage. Verification follows the confirmed drawing and inspection plan rather than a single universal tolerance.
Final tolerance depends on the material grade, moisture condition, part geometry, dimensions and the agreed drawing requirements.
SUPPORTING RECORDS
Records Available by Confirmation
Document availability, content, language, sampling and format must be confirmed before production.
Material Test Report
Grade- or sample-related test information where applicable and confirmed.
Dimensional Inspection Report
Agreed dimensions, sampling and results for the stated order.
Certificate of Conformity
A conformity statement where the order and document scope support it.
Inspection Photographs
Images of agreed inspection or product details where requested.
Packaging Record
Identification and packaging photographs or records where confirmed.




PACKAGING AND RELEASE
Final Inspection, Actual Weight & Release
Finished cast nylon parts are checked before shipment for identification, dimensions, appearance and packaging. Large semi-finished cast nylon tubes are also individually weighed after production.
The PI may use an estimated weight for order confirmation, while the final balance is based on the actual finished weight. This gives buyers clearer cost control, verified shipment data and less unnecessary material waste.

Understand the Document Holder and Scope
ISO 9001 documentation is available for the specific certified entity identified on the certificate. The certificate applies to the named core manufacturing partner and stated scope; it is not presented as a certification held by Ningbo Coretrust Engineering Plastic Co., Ltd.
Reference material test documentation may support a technical discussion for applicable grades and orders. A report for one tested sample should not be read as a blanket guarantee for every grade, size or batch.
