CAPABILITY INTRODUCTION
From Cast Nylon Requirement to Finished Component
CORETRUST provides one point of contact for material selection, blank production, CNC machining, inspection, export packaging and delivery. Production is carried out with our manufacturing partner, while CORETRUST manages the technical and commercial coordination for international buyers.
Start with a drawing, sample, dimensions or operating conditions. The information is used to plan the material, starting form, machining scope, inspection points, packaging and delivery route for the confirmed order.
REQUIREMENT & ENGINEERING REVIEW
Start With the Technical Information Available
The review establishes the component function, finished geometry, material assumptions, critical features and required release scope before the production route is confirmed.
- 2D drawings
- 3D models
- Physical samples
- Finished dimensions
- Operating conditions
- Inspection requirements

CUSTOM CASTING
Custom Cast Nylon & Near-Net-Shape Supply
Custom-cast and near-net-shape blanks can place the starting form closer to the finished component when standard stock would require extensive material removal. Large-diameter, heavy-wall, thick or non-standard blank requirements are reviewed against grade, finished geometry, machining allowance, quantity and handling needs.
The supply route can support prototypes and repeat orders after the blank form, production method and acceptance requirements are confirmed with the manufacturing partner.
- Custom-cast blank forms
- Near-net-shape starting geometry
- Large-diameter and thick-section blanks
- Machining allowance planned around the drawing
- Prototype and repeat supply review

MACHINING STOCK
Cut-to-Size & Machining Blanks
Rods, tubes, sheets and plates can be supplied full length or prepared as cut blanks for local machining. The starting dimensions, grade, color, cut condition, allowance, identification and packaging are confirmed for the order.
Supply can also stop at a rough-machined or semi-finished stage when the buyer will complete critical finishing operations locally.
DRAWING-BASED PRODUCTION
Precision CNC Machining
Components can be machined from stock shapes, cut blanks or a closer cast form. Geometry, datums, material behavior, machining sequence, critical dimensions and inspection methods are reviewed together.
Process availability and final tolerance depend on part size, grade, moisture condition, geometry, access and the confirmed drawing requirements.
- Turning
- Milling
- Drilling
- Boring
- Tapping
- Grinding
- Keyways & Grooves
- Inserts
- Bearing Installation
- Finished Machining

QUALITY & INSPECTION
Inspection Planned From Blank to Final Release
Inspection can cover drawing review, blank identity and dimensions, first-part and in-process checks, final dimensional verification, agreed records, packaging and release. The exact checkpoints and documentation are confirmed for the order.

EXPORT PREPARATION
Packaging & Export Delivery
Part identification, surface protection, separation, individual or batch packaging, pallets and reinforced cases can be planned around the product form, weight, route and buyer instructions.
CORETRUST coordinates loading and international shipment requirements through one point of contact. Final packaging and delivery arrangements are confirmed with the destination, order scope and agreed trade terms.
- Part and batch identification
- Surface and edge protection
- Individual or batch packaging
- Pallets and reinforced cases
- Export loading coordination
- International delivery coordination
