THREE WAYS TO START
Choose by Product Form, Part Function or Drawing
CORETRUST supplies cast nylon for distributors, machining companies, OEMs and maintenance teams. Start with the stock shape you need, the component function you need to replace, or the drawing that defines the finished part.
Stock Shapes
Select rods, tubes, sheets or plates for machining, cutting and industrial wear applications.
Near-Net-Shape Blanks
Start closer to the finished geometry when a standard block, rod or tube would require extensive material removal.
Finished Components
Submit a drawing, 3D model or sample for material review, machining, inspection and export-ready supply.
STOCK SHAPES
Stock Shapes for Machining and Industrial Use
Cast Nylon Rods
Machinable rod stock for gears, bushings, rollers, spacers and drawing-based parts. Grade, diameter, length and cutting scope are confirmed for each order.

Cast Nylon Tubes
Thick-wall and large-diameter tube stock for bushings, sleeves, rollers and cylindrical parts, with inner diameter, outer diameter and allowance planned around the machining route.
View Cast Nylon Tubes
Cast Nylon Sheets & Plates
Sheet and thick-plate formats for wear pads, liners, slide plates, guide rails and machined flat components, supplied in confirmed standard or cut-to-size formats.

Use a Blank Closer to the Finished Part
Large-diameter, heavy-wall or irregular components can require extensive removal from standard stock. A near-net-shape blank can provide a closer starting form, with machining allowance set around the drawing, tolerances, geometry and process sequence.
CORETRUST works with its manufacturing partner to define the blank form and production route. Supply can stop at a rough-machined blank for local finishing or continue to a fully machined and inspected component.

MATERIAL SELECTION
Select the Grade for the Operating Condition
PA6G, PA6C and modified cast nylon grades are selected around load, motion, temperature, lubrication, moisture, chemicals, impact, tolerances and documentation needs. Color may help identify a material, but it does not define performance by itself.
DRAWING-BASED SUPPLY
From Drawing to Practical Supply Route
- 01Share the InputSend a drawing, model, sample, dimensions or application information.
- 02Define Material and BlankConfirm the product form, grade, color and machining allowance.
- 03Confirm the ProcessAgree machining operations, critical dimensions, inspection and supporting records.
- 04Prepare DeliveryConfirm quantity, marking, protection, packaging and destination.
PRODUCT GUIDANCE
Not Sure Which Product Form to Specify?
Send the drawing or describe the part function, dimensions, quantity and operating conditions. CORETRUST will help identify a practical starting form and supply route.
